Would-Be Robbers At Barber Shop Encounter Armed Citizen

posted on January 25, 2016

Two armed men allegedly entered a barber shop in Columbia, S.C., and demanded cash from the people inside. As they made the rounds collecting money from their victims, one of the people in the store drew a firearm and began shooting at the would-be robbers. WACH reports that one suspect was hospitalized for what appears to have been a gunshot wound, while the other escaped and is being sought by police.

None of the victims of the attempted robbery were injured in the incident—and for that they can thank the courage and skill of the armed citizen who refused to let the criminals have their way.
