High school-age students are invited to register now for the Civilian Marksmanship Program’s (CMP) 2019 Air Rifle Summer Camps. The week-long camps, which will be held at various locations across the country, help junior athletes improve their marksmanship.

The course basics were designed by Gary Anderson, a two-time Olympic gold medalist. Classes touch on the mental and physical sides of competitive shooting. From something as basic as proper positioning to learning the fine points of optimizing equipment performance, students will go through a variety of classes and drills to help them become advanced shooters.

The instructors are student-athletes from top college teams, and the classes are broken down into small groups so that at each step the student can receive personal attention.
