George Soros Funnels $18 Billion Into Organization Supporting Gun Control

posted on October 24, 2017

Unwilling to let Michael Bloomberg run away with the title of top anti-gun billionaire, hedge fund mogul and activist George Soros has transferred $18 billion of his personal wealth to the Open Society Foundations, the organization he founded to agitate for his political agenda.

NRA-ILA explains that Open Society published a report in 2000 titled “Gun Control in the United States,” calling for stringent regulations on firearms at both the state and federal levels. The organization has also donated to anti-gun groups and helped to fund frivolous lawsuits against the firearm industry.

Not content simply to battle the Second Amendment in America, Open Society has also provided support for anti-gun activists in countries like Australia and South Africa. Now with billions more dollars at its disposal, it is anyone’s guess what projects they will take on in their attempts to undermine the right to keep and bear arms.
